If an item is setup as base Unit Cases and Purchase Unit Pallet, the PO cost information does not convert properly if changed from one to the other.  Changing the unit cost first, then changing the UOM or Qty causes the ext cost to be incorrect

Hey @NewEnglandFood , based on the context defined, a user should be first changing the UOM or Qty and then the Unit Cost, so the Ext. Cost is calculated correctly. But if the Unit Cost is modified and then the UOM or Qty Acumatica might wont be able to calculate correctly.

Hope this helps!!

Hi @NewEnglandFood,

Once you change the Unit Cost, system considers it as a new cost, and it never changes it back to the original cost. Ext. Cost is calculated based on the new Unit Cost. However, the calculation never goes off for Ext. Cost even if you change UOM or Qty after that, unless there is any customization for the same. Unpublish any customization if you have and then try.
