Hi,I need to add to my application logic that will Void Checks and Payments items which have “closed” stateWhen I try to do this programmatically via this codeI get error in this event, which is called when I try to call Void action This event is located in this path : C:\Program Files\Acumatica ERP\AcumaticaDB_new\App_Data\CodeRepository\PX.Objects\AP\APPaymentEntry.csThe reason why I get object reference in this event is that NewValue filed is null and can’t look from which place we transfer PXFieldVerifyingEventArgs object to this event, because thought all call stack from my code to this Class I receive these errorsSo I can’t investigate from which place null is coming to the eventBesides, this is Acumatica code, change it in any way will be bad idea, maybe there is something that must be added in my code and will help to fix object reference in the event.The version of Acumatica is 2021R2Thanks in advance.

Colorado Retail Delivery Fee

Does anyone know of a way to handle the new CO Retail Delivery Fee ($.27 beginning July 1, 2022) either with Avatax or without? Avalara had sent out communications regarding this which stated to perform the following: Merchants subject to this fee will need to add a $0 line item to their orders with the OF400000 tax code. I’m unsure as to how this would be done in Acumatica. Perhaps someone from Acumatica may know if there will be something released in a new build perhaps?

1099-MISC and 1099-NEC updates for Tax Year 2021

For tax year 2021, the IRS made minor changes to the 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC forms. Details of the changes can be found on the IRS website. Acumatica will implement these changes in upcoming versions of the software to assist with customer 1099 filings. There are 3 changes that impact Acumatica.Form 1099-NEC sizing. Acumatica will reduce the height of the form to match IRS changes. Form 1099-MISC, box 11. New use for box 11 includes any reporting under section 6050R, regarding cash payments for the purchase of fish for resale purposes, from a individual or corporation who is engaged in catching fish. Form 1099-NEC, box 2. [23R1]-Import Matrix Items, Template Items using Import Scenario, Convert Stock/Non-Stock item to Matrix Item and vice versa and making the Matrix Item as Kit

In continuation with the below article, the current article explains how the same can be done in 23R1 and the difference between 22R2 and 23R1. Like in 22R2, in 23R1 there are out of box import scenarios for Template Item(Import Template Items), Matrix Item (Import Matrix Items). The Edit Template ID checkbox in the Item Class form which enabled the Template Item ID field in the Stock/Non-stock form is removed. The Is a Kit checkbox is enabled in the Matrix Item which allows the Matrix Item to be created as a Product Kit. Check All the above is done out of the box. Now to make the Template ID field editable in the Matrix item screen, the user has to publish the attached customization(“ImportMatrixItems2023R100.zip”) to this article. Line Items Looping in Report

Hey all,I’m working on modifying the Production Order Performance report. I had some issues with it repeating lines yesterday, but ended up fixing them. After making further changes (necessary ones) it has started looping again. I can’t repeat the same solution, as the solution would simultaneously undo the changes as they conflict. It has to do with the relationships of tables. A screenshot is included below. I need to have the AMProdEvnt and AMMTran tables involved. They are necessary for the changes I am making. I don’t know how to properly configure them as to not cause looping. Any help is greatly appreciated.

How to show an invoice as paid

Hi all! I’m new to Acumatica; we just converted on 12/1 from Quickbooks. How can I show an invoice marked as paid for my customers? They ask for a paid invoice all the time for their records. We sell high end products that many people need this for insurance purposes. Sometimes a customer will make a partial payment. Example, a customer has an invoice for $100,000 worth of goods for which he paid $80,000. I need the invoice to show: Total: $100,000Amount Paid: $80,000Balance Due: $20,000 Or if it’s paid in full, it would be marked as such and balance due would be zero. How can I do this?

Can I add Side Panel with Params coming from SO Lines?

Hello there,We can add side panels to Entry screens now, and that’s awesome! However, I can’t figure out a way to add a side panel, that would be filtered according to the selection on the SO Line. I have created a couple GIs, added them onto a Dashboard that uses InventoryCD as a parameter. Now, I would like to be able to add this Dashboard as a side panel to Sales Orders screen, and filter data based on what line item is selected on the sales order.Any ideas? Thank you!

Payments on Customer Portal

An Acumatica client recently saw a webinar (Jan-Feb 2021) with new features that are to be added to the Acumatica Customer Portal to allow a customer to view an invoice and process a payment for an invoice. Can you verify that feature – taking a payment on the portal, what release and what is the cost? I just reviewed the 2021 R1 release notes and saw no reference to this. 2-step Transfer receipt, can't complete in mobile app 2021R1?

I have a customer who has been anxiously waiting for the ability to complete a 2-step transfer on the mobile app. I see now that you can actually select Transfer Receipt as on option under Purchase Receipts:However, all I seem to be able to do is create the record.
