Unable to add shipment allocations via REST

Hi,

I’m trying to add inventory allocations to a shipment order, but I’m getting an error. I’m able to create a Shipment without including the Details and Allocations entities, but when I include them I get an error. I’m trying to follow the steps here.

The following JSON results in a successful call:

 

But this JSON doesn’t:

 

Is there something that I’m missing that’s preventing me from creating the Allocations?

@brettb in the second request are you updating the existing shipment? 

If so, are you creating a new line or updating an existing line?

@Dmitrii Naumov yes, I’m updating an existing shipment, but I ran into the same issue when trying to create a new shipment as well.

I’m creating a new line.

I was not able to find a solution, but my company is pausing our implementation for the time being, so I’ll pick this up at a later time.
