Retrieve EST Date and time through API call

Hi All,

When we try to fetch the date and time through an endpoint, we always receive the UTC time. We have attempted to send the date and time as a string format, but we are still receiving the time in UTC.

How can we retrieve the Eastern Standard Time (EST) in the response?
