Not able to access GI in 25R2 by odata

Hello Team,

I am not able to access GI data in JSON format in 25R2 by odata using postman by using following URL format, it was working in 24R2


{Acumatica instance}/OData/{Tenant}/{GI title}?$format=json

Please help me

​@stephenbologna39 The old URL is still supported in 25r2. However, it’s indeed a good idea to switch to the new URL and try.

 

​@ashrivastava42 if switching to new URL does not help, please check the access rights for the GI. Maybe you just don’t have the proper access rights.

Acumatica is in the process of changing the URL format for OData requests.  I’m not sure if the old format still works in 2025 R2, but it would still be a good idea to try the new format to see if that resolves the issue.

 

The new URL format for GI base OData feeds is:

<Acumatica ERP instance URL>/t/<TenantName>/api/odata/gi/<InquiryTitle>
