Hi,

What is last Acumatica supported version?

Second moment, which I need to clarify, how to find out which endpoint version corresponds to Acumatica version ? Does any endpoint version can be imported for any Acumatica version or there are some rules and logic, which must be followed for correct work ?

HI @Ivan

Not sure if you have access to what @RohitRattan88 shared but here is a chart that may help:

Retired Products (end of life)

At the designated retirement date for each Major release, the Acumatica release will be retired and will no longer be updated or supported. Customers on a Retired release will not be eligible for renewals at standard rates. The following product releases have been retired:

Acumatica 2022 R1 Nov 30, 2023
Acumatica 2021 R2 Jul 31, 2023

@Ivan

about supported version: Product Support Life Cycle

In my observation, Endpoint versions probably corresponds to product version they were initially shipped with, e.g. 20.200.001 was probably shipped with 20R2 and so on. but thats just my observation.

Hi @Ivan,

Adding to the above points from the fellow member,

  • Starting from 23R2 Contract version 2 and 3 are not supported, so the endpoint versions17.200.001 and 18.200.001 will be available
  • So any integrations or endpoint extensions that depends on 17.200.001 or 18.200.001 needs to be move to the latest available endpoint version 23.200.001

At any given point, latest 3 endpoint will be available for usage. So the best practice will be is to use or upgrade to the latest version of the endpoint whenever possible.

For more details on the endpoint and contract version, kindly refer, https://help.acumatica.com/(W(1))/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=1a9d6f7e-8546-426b-b1ff-d712fbcfbc7b

You can always check the underlaying contract version of the endpoint from the Web Service Endpoints screen,

Hope that clarifies.! Good Luck,

Edit: Updated the right screenshot
