How to resolve "Carrier Service returned error. : PHONE.NUMBER.REQUIRED Phone Number is a required field. Please update and try again."

When you get this error : “Carrier Service returned error. : PHONE.NUMBER.REQUIRED Phone Number is a required field. Please update and try again.” it does not refer to the phone number on the shipment contact. It refers to the phone number on the warehouse record you are shipping from.
