Hello， happy 2026. I noticed that Acumatica officially released AI Studio with their 2025 R2 version, but it's not a true AI agent yet—it can't create detailed order information. I'm wondering if anyone has used AI agents (like Manus and similar ones) to operate Acumatica. How was the experience? Could you share your feedback?

We experimented with a few AI approaches for Acumatica. One thing we realized is that our finance processes are not simple enough for copilots or Claude. In our case, deterministic workflows, controls are very important. We used ChatFin’s Acumatica plugin for all our finance AI ops
Im still curious to see how Acumatica’s AI evolves, but I still think there’s a value for AI to be outside so it can orchestrate workflows with other apps.
