Error with integration and import TICKS

Hey Looking for any insight on this, I am currently trying to Prepare the Data for integration on the Import by Scenario screen of about 40,000 entries, but whenever I prepare the data before import I receive an error as it is processing. The Error is “Ticks must be between DateTime.MinValue.Ticks and DateTime.MaxValue.Ticks. Parameter name: ticks”

Thanks!

@dlhr3birth73 I’ve seen this error with date/time conversion. Are you preparing to load date/time fields? If so, check the data for bad format or empty.

I’m facing the same issues. I’m trying to import over 1,000 entries for AP invoices. I’ve checked through all the date/time formats and they are all in appropriate formats without empty values. Is there any reason why this error message still showing?

Hello!

I faced the same issue and identified the error comes as I have given a date format to an excel field which is actually a number field. So, I changed that field format back to number and it worked.

Thank You
