When trying to access Sales orders or Purchase orders on the Acumatica mobile app, I get the error "Sitemap doesn't contain primary container."

This happens on every mobile device I try to use Acumatica on. No one in my company uses the mobile app, so I think it’s just never been configured but we have one department that will start to use it soon. How do I go about setting this up?

I put in a ticket for Acumatica and they got back to me and said this error happened because our Sales orders and Purchase Orders page had customizations on them. They instructed me to save a copy of the customization package and reset it to default and then try to open it on mobile. I didn’t want to delete the customizations so i did not try this

I hope all is well

 

We to have ran into this exact issue and i do not know what to do.

Unfortunately we cannot delete the sitemap as it displays an error when we attempt to.

 

Any other suggestions ?
