A client is become frustrated that the sequence of items in the site menu reverts to Alphabetical order when I republish customisations. Is there something in a customisation project that I’ve overlooked which is affecting the sequence?

What defines the sequence? Would knowing that help me find the solution?

(One project adds a workspace item, could that be the trigger?)

Also, the ‘CRM’ item reverts to that standard name rather than the customised title ‘Marketing’.

Thanks for any assistance!!

I think it’s because one project defines a GI to appear within a Workspace. And gives a different name (and order/sequence number) for that Workspace.

I’ve used the GI ‘Reload from Database’ button in the project editor.

@allisterchambers48

Can you help me if there is a customization related to name change,  Also, the ‘CRM’ item reverts to that standard name rather than the customised title ‘Marketing’.

Did you use to convert the name?
