I am unable to refresh the screen automatically after attaching a file using the file icon on the toolbar. Currently, I have to manually refresh the screen. Please suggest the best practice to handle this.

An effective way to do this is to call Base.Actions.PressCancel() after the save.
When you attach a file via Acumatica’s toolbar, the NoteDoc record is saved server-side but the UI isn’t auto-rebuilt. To refresh immediately:

Trigger Point: NoteDoc’s RowPersisted event fires after the file insert.

Action: Invoke the graph’s built-in
Refreshaction to reload the record and re-bind all data views (including attachments).

Trigger Point: We observed that the RowPersisted event of the NoteDoc DAC is triggered after the file is inserted.
We did try the suggested approach, but unfortunately, it didn't work as expected.
Action: You mentioned invoking the graph’s built-in Refresh action to reload the record and re-bind all data views (including attachments).
Could you please elaborate on this step? A more detailed explanation would be really helpful.
