System.Runtime.CompilerServices.Unsafe error when one of projects is upgraded to 23.206.0006 from 2022R2

Hello all,

 

I have upgraded some of my projects to 2023R2 without any issue. Now on one of my projects when I try to upgrade, it compiles without any error but when website restartes I get the below error. I though it could be a mismatched version of this dll with other versions so on a new computer I installed everything from the scratch but I am running into the same issue of my other computer. Any ideas?
