I’m planning to migrate custom screens to Modern UI in 2025R2 and want to confirm:
Has the Modern UI architecture been finalized in 2025R2? Are there no major disruptive changes planned for 2026R1/R2?
If I complete all Modern UI customizations in 2025R2, can I upgrade directly to 2026R2 later without needing to redo these customizations in 2026R1 first?

Yes, the architecture is finalized in 25r2, there are no major changes in 26r1 or 26r2. The biggest change is around the development process and how the dev folder works in 26r1 compared to 25r2. In 26r1 you can build directly from ‘development’ folder and there is synchronization of the files in the development folder to the customization package while in 25r2 it’s not the case.
