Is there a way to setup workflow for a Custom screen? At the moment don’t see a Workflow option in the Customization editor for the screen.

we managed to achieve this via code.
Yes
In the custom screen, there is no option to create a workflow. We should manage it through code only.
One more thing we are trying to achieve this on the Customer Self-Service Portal.
