Sales Quote - Line Item Deleting Automatically

Hello Everyone,

 

After creating the Sales Quote from the Opportunities screen and when I try to add a new line item in the Sales Quote --> Details tab and click on the Save and line item getting disappeared.

 

I have un-published all the customization and we are still seeing this issue. Any inputs highly appreciated!!

Below one is the example from the DEMO data, can anyone let me know what is the reason not able to add the line item.
