Reversing an Invoice or Bill with Custom User Fields in the Transaction Details

How do we reverse an invoice or bill that has data in custom fields in the transition details. 

We can reverse an invoice or bill that does not have data in the custom fields, but an transaction that has data in our custom fields we cannot use the reverse button under corrections. This is the error message that displays. 

 

Was something missed during initial set up of the custom fields?

Thanks for the details.

With the customization package, I couldn’t reproduce the issue. I was able to reverse the invoice without any issue. And, from the error stack I couldn’t find any much information of what could be causing the issue.

Do you have any other customization package? If so, please test without other customization packages and test in a different instance to see if the error is reproducible? If the issue is still occurs, share the Acumatica build you are using. Good Luck.!

Hi ​@nawrasalb, Can you the error stack or enable logging in the Request Profiler  to collect details about the error?

Also, if possible please share a simple customization project using which we could reproduce the issue.

When you created the invoices, you added data into the custom user fields?

I will test without the other customization packages in the sandbox. Thank you for your help.
