Need to attach an email to a case, has passed Case noteID as refNoteID, but relatedEntity returns Null. Email is showing in Activity windows in case, but relatedEntity only shown after clicking on “add email” or other activity tasks. So I’d try to use LinkEntityToEmail to manually do the linking, but not sure how to pass parameters.
