Hello Everyone,
On requisition screen I moved the approval workflow to appear only when bidding is completed.
i.e.
However I noticed that when the status is pending Bidding.
The approval workflow is still there i.e.
from my workflow I have specified that on removing hold condition is that bidding must be completed.
Kindly assist on getting rid of this approval workflow from pending Bedding.

+10Approval workflow is its own beast. It is triggered when a document is removed from Hold. It MUST be located after Hold status. The status of the documents are checked in multiple blocks inside the code. You can not just simply move the steps of the State Diagram to change the behavior of Approval Workflows
I will have to override that since the approval workflow is only required after bidding is completed.
Would appreciated any kind of response aimed at helping me achieve this.
