Modifying Parameters in the RMA Report

Yes, that is the targeted report. My customer wants to see data for a specific date range, whether it’s for a single day or half a month.

Currently, as I understand, the report selects data for a full month. Instead, we need a way to define a From Date and To Date, similar to how other reports work.

Example:

• From Date: 23/03/2025

• To Date: 23/03/2025

Could you please confirm if this is possible and, if so, guide how to implement it?

Profit & Loss report - Edit Report will navigate to Report Definitions

As highlighted, Change EndPeriod dropdown to “Request” instead of “Use Start”, you’ll get 2 parameters in the report.

Hope, we can select range in Financial Period, not sure about date range.

Yes, you’re right, and I’ve already done that.

Based on the attached image, I need to change the date range as mentioned below. Currently, the report pulls data for the entire financial period, but I need to select a specific date range, such as a single day or a custom period defined by the user.

Doing it this way will prevent the report from restricting data within the financial period. Instead, I want to allow users to manually select a date range outside the predefined financial period.

Is there a way to modify the report to use a custom From Date and To Date instead of defaulting to the financial period?
