Import Scenario: Error "BOMID cannot be empty" in Screen BOM

hai, i want to ask how to solved that error ? this is import used to update data “Material” in screen Bill Of Material (AM208000).

 

This is that Error

 
i want to update “MATERIALS” with the same BOM, Revision, Inventory ID, and Operation ID.
this is my custom import scenario

I hope someone give me help to solved this, Thanks!.
