I can't download a report to edit

​@AFAguilera please check you have reportdesigner acess in the for your user screen.

Hi.  I’ve gotten this once or twice and had to open Report Designer directly, click on File / Open from Server, put in the URL and credentials, then click on Load Reports List.  Find the report file, modify and publish.  

Or, you may need to install the appropriate Report Designer from the tools exe file, if you have done an upgrade recently.

Yes, I’m report editor user and I tried to open it up from the desktop app but I can’t find it on the list.
The screen is cst.gl.63xxxx Is  this an editable report?

Please follow these steps:

Step 1: Check if your User has "Report Designer" permission on Acumatica

Step 2: Try removing Report Designer from your computer and then reinstalling Report Designer. Note that the Report Designer version is the same as the Acumatica version.

Step 3: If you do as above and still get the error, please send a screenshot of the error.

Looks like you are trying to Edit an ‘ARM’ report. ARM reports are not built using Reports designer and built using Analytical reports functionality. 

• On reports built using Reports designer, the ‘Edit report’ gets you report copy in .rps format.
• On ARM report, Edit report takes you to Report definition screen.
