Hello,
I have grid of DAC Collector on a custom screen Survey as following:
I want the field Collector ID should be clickable as hyberlink and open record in related screen when clicking.
The bahavior should look like same as Generic Inquiry: Field Collector ID is clickable and open screen Survey Response in details
Any idea would be appreciated.

You need to create a custom action button to navigate to another screen by clicking on the Collector ID field.
