How to get DB-SalesActivities Generic Inquiry

I am following T400 course guide lines and it requires me to open this GI. DB-SalesActivities DB Sales Activities (GI000023). But i cannot find it in my system. Maybe I have to enable some features can anyone help me here please.

Hi, check Site Map screen, it seems that site map info about GI000023 is missing (Workspaces and Category fields should be not empty). 

Try setup site map as on screen shot:

@andriikravetskyi35 I just searched the Generic Inquiry Screen. It is not available in my instance I am using Instance for the T200 series.
