How can I earn these badges in community & What qualifications needs to achieve these.

and let me know what are the main way’s to achieve

In short, just participate.  Some badges are reserved for specific groups, such as the Dev MVP badge which is used to identify participants in the Developer MVP program, but others like the Easy Talker badge just come from asking questions, responding to questions, and participating in discussion here on the community forums.

Just take a few minutes a day and answer questions from fellow community members that you may have the knowledge in which they are looking for. Especially if it is something you have come across and have knowledge of. The more knowledge we all share, the better the community becomes.
