How to create links on help icon and that too on Generic Inquiry Form?

Hi guys 

How can I create links on Help icon and that too on generic inquiry form.

Actual form links creation on help icon, I am aware about that but not able create on generic inquiry forms, guys can suggest me

Hi @jinin I have done on actual screens but I need on Generic Inquiry forms 

Yaa.. got it guys if you want links on Generic Inquiry form then you should create a wiki article on Generic Inquiry Screen ID (Actual screen IDs && Generic Screen IDs these two are have to create Individually)
