How to adjust access rights on push notifications system queue monitor

we just upgraded to 24R1 and we are seeing an issue with push notifications as shown on the system queue monitor page

“The queue cannot be processed. Check the access rights to the queue and restart dispatcher.”

any idea where we set the access rights for this or how to resolve this issue?

@bryanb39 is it hosted in NON Sas server? Did you restarted the application?

Flushing your IIS application pool is a good idea after an upgrade.

It may be a RabbitMQ issue, you could try restarting RabbitMQ.
