How do we achieve master-child relationship using Acumatica Warehouse management scan Module??

We have a requirement to scan multiple vendor lot nbr for scan lot nbr.

we have design screen like this
 

we have used scan material and we are able to successfully scan on the master grid and we are not able to scan data on the child grid. what is the best possible way to achieve this??

Could you please clarify the business case behind?
