How Can I Open a Pop-up using Grid Action Button in Mobile App

I have created an action button in SO detail grid and I am opening a smart panel using the action.

I want to incorporate the same scenario in mobile app as well.

 

Below is the screenshot for my Action Button “ADD FREE ITEM”.

 

 

 

Below is the screenshot of opened smart panel.

 

 

I am not able to get the Action Name under Action Content of  WDSL schema of SO301000 screen

Tools → Web Service → Service Description.
