Fiedls and Workflow not editable

Please illustrate with the screenshot which exact fields you can’t edit.

You want to edit an existing Filed or new one you created ? On which screen ?

thanks for your response. 

I tired on different screens Leads and Opportunities.

When i added a new value into Combo Box then click Ok and Save

there is no errors comes up, just can't save this changes .
