Am i wrong why it is not working
I would like to include the details of the TIN in my report by retrieving the CustomerMaster.ParentBAccountID and fetching the data for the customer where it matches the Customer.AcctCD. Is this possible?

If you want to display the Parent Account you can get the "ParentBAccountID" field of the Customer DAC or the "ParentBAccountID" field of the CustomerMaster DAC without joining the Customer DAC with the CustomerMaster DAC.

Looking at the Customer DAC, you should use BAccountID too.
Below you can see that both have BAccountID and AcctCD but BAccountID is the key, you should use this to join the tables.
