Column date types format

May I ask if there is a way to change the date formats in acumatica?
I tried to format DAC, CreatedDateTime (Created On)  and ResolveDateTime (Resolved On) the format only working on CreatedDatetime column but the other column Resolved On though the dates are correct but the time was always 00:00.

 

This how I format those columns

CreatedDateTime

ResolveDateTime
