Hi,

Can we add an action/button into generic inquiry form and how I do it.

@jeewanishalika20 As per my knowledge, we can customize the Generic Inquiries.

 

Instead, you can enable the Mass Actions from the Entry Point tab. Please find the screenshot for reference.

Even when I enable mass actions on the entry point tab, there are certain GI’s that you still aren’t able to perform specific actions on.  Like Customers, since my entry point screen is replaced with a GI, I still can’t mass delete.  I understand why we wouldn’t want users to mass delete customers, but when mistakes are made (Like creating a batch of customers with the wrong ID numbers) it would be a lot easier to mass delete them.
