Hi,

    How can i update bigcommerce matrix item stock from acumatica? I have tried Template item sync and product availability sync but its not updating stock for matrix items in BigCommerce.

Please reply if anyone knows asap..

Product Availability sync does that.  Make sure Available (Track Qty) is set for the store and the templates and their matrix items are set to Store Default.

    Thanks for the reply. I have already implemented these settings before in my local instance. But i think problem is version. In my online instance i have 2020 R2, after updating to 2021 R2 it worked fine for me.
