Attributes in the Inventory Lookup dialog box in 22R1

I implemented in 22R1 this easy solution posted by Sharif Ahammad https://www.acumatica.com/blog/extending-attribute-searches-in-acumatica/.

It works. However, when I try to filter by attributes I get the following error:

 I guess it has something to do with the null attribute values. Has anybody fixed this issue?
