How to add total to a table in Dashboard & Disable widgets label and tables headings

  1. When we have a table widget on dashboards, usually we want to see a total for it as well but apparently it is not possible to do so. (yellow highlight from below snip)
  2. Is there anyway to hide widgets titles pane and tables headings (red pen area in below snip)  Has anyone has done something for any of these?
