Add new options in the source field but they are not reflected on the screens.
these are the options I add for example:
The changes I make to the customization in the Leads screen are not detected.(Version 2023R2)

Dropdown values added from Customization editor is not reflected because Source field is using CRMSourcesAttribute in DAC declaration.
I believe , you need to override the CRMSourcesAttribute, add those custom values to the list, So it will easily available to select the custom dropdown values.
