SendGrid not delivering information back to Acumatica

I am trying to set up a connection between Acumatica and Send Grid, and while the outbound process works perfectly, Send Grid is not sending the information back to Acumatica. The email is being logged as open, but Acumatica isn’t receiving that information back. Is there some step or mistake I’ve made?

Hello ​@kkraus - very similar to the other post I just replied to, I suggest you open a support case so that all configurations can be reviewed and your issue can be resolved.
