Random Emails getting redirected and some of them missing

Hi All,

We are having a strange issue with emails on version of Acumatica (2019 R1).

Issue: 

  1. Emails getting randomly redirected.

          A(outlook) → sends email to B (support email address). This support email address is configured at SM204001.

          For some reason Application (Acumatica ERP) redirects/forwards the email to the recipients who were initially part of the email chain but no longer. Not sure if there are some default rules configured to redirect within the framework. This happens randomly, so hard to identify the root cause.

Mail servers are hosted on premise.
