We generate our PDF proposals outside of Acumatica. We are looking to send a reminder email with either an attached PDF or link to a web hosted PDF via Acumatica’s business events. We know how to perform all of the automation but because the PDF is not generated by Acumatica we can’t seem to figure out how to tell Acumatica to attach it. The other option we’ve looked as is using a weblink however that (from what I understand) cannot be automated.

Are you looking to create a C# customization to do this entirely within Acumatica automation?
For now I think that's the best option. Is that a simple customization our VAR can complete?

As long as the PDF file is stored within Acumatica files this should be do-able with a custom action or processing screen.
