There is no ability to prevent the Opportunity from being created when the Baccount is on hold or any other form of restriction at this time.
When a BAccount/Customer is ON HOLD we raise an Opportunity without any warning and it’s later in the process when it is realised. Could there not be a warning of the BAccount/Customer status on initial entry.
