According to the testing done in the sales demo, we would need to create a business account from the opportunity and then extend it to a customer account. System does not allow us to skip the process of creating the Business account and create the customer account directly
Click Create account from the opportunity
Then it creates the business account which can be extended as a customer
+15What's the motivation for this question? I know the Create Sales Order action will create a Customer if the associated Account isn't already a Customer. Are you hoping to save some time?
