I’m trying to create a generic inquiry for all related activities in my leads but only the work items shows. I’ve tried to use the Activities module but only my activities for both “all activities” and “my activities” shows.

I was hoping it will show emails, notes, phone call or any activities. But if that isn’t possible that’s fine
The CRActivity table contains all types of activity data, and it should fetch all activity types. Please review your relationships again to ensure they are correctly configured.
The screenshot you provided does not include all necessary relationships for a thorough review. Kindly provide the XML file of the Generic Inquiry so that I can analyze it in detail.
