My team is wanting to add their Email Signatures to mass emails, but I am stuck on how to add them.
So far I have enabled and created an email signature in the user profile, and I’ve also created a notification template the is just “((GeneralInfo.MailSignature))” to go at the bottom of the mass email body, but I am having no luck with it actually showing up.
I’m wondering if it has to do with our mass emails only have the “Contact” datafield to pull from?
