Hi all,

 

I would like to set up a contract that solely uses cases from the CRM module in a similar way to “beginning-period plus” billing from the service contract module. 

For example: The contract bills 5 hours up front each quarter, and at the end of the quarter, the hours that were actually spent on cases - if they exceed the 5 hours - should be billed as well. I couldn’t figure out a good way to do this. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
