Campaign Relations or Source? Opportunities to Sales Order - Tracked to Campaign

Good day

Our Marketing manager wants to connect  Campaigns to Leads to Contact to Opportunities/Quotes and Sales orders.  The issue is that the Source, nor the relations information flows from one transaction to the next.  i have created to GI however this the problem; if the relations are not entered I can’t attached the information from Lead to Contact to Opportunity/Quote to Sales Orders.  The main goal is to try associate the source campaign to the sales order and if there is no sales order than to the opportunity and if there is not opportunity than to the lead.  Each steps requires another input; our sales rep are not going to that.

 

Questions,  What is the best way to set up a relationship.  From the Leads?  Or Opportunity?

I have made a GI that can get the Campaign from the Opportunity to Sales Order.  However it is missed the issue of a Opportunity without a sales order. The ACM Campaign by Sales Order GI works but does not show the transactional workflow.

Looking for advice and such.
