Users saving Common Dashboards with paramater filters pre-filled

We have a few common dashboards for different groups created. We are setting them up as user home pages - however I don’t see a way to save the parameter filters to their specific Branch/project manager. Is that possible instead of having to select it everytime?

Without it being defined in the dashboard, the users will have to chose for each project:

On the dashboard, have you checked allow user to personalize?

@Kandy Beatty The Allow to personalize is checked - but we don’t see a way to for users to fill in the paramenters (ie we have a # of company KPI’s for each division/ location that are the same) the parameters filter down to their specific division/location…. but so far it looks like they’d have to reset the filters each time they log in?) Or do we have to log in as “them” set each parameter default to them? Hopefully that makes sense?
