Hey @Laura02 , went through the post, but it lists out the issue due to customization. We dont have any customizations published in our tenant.

@Harry are your projects set to autonumber or do you manually enter a project ID? 

They are set to manual numbering. We have a list of more than 50 projects and all of them have been created by manual numbering.

@Harry , your note led me to think you have customizations applied:  “ I have customizations applied.”

What changed since the screen loaded normally?

@Harry a few more questions, 1. what version and build are you on? and 2. is this a custom GI that you created? did it work before and just stopped working?
