Projects in Acumatica Synching with Third Party PR (WFG) - Making Scopes (Tasks) Active

Each time we add a new scope (task) to our projects or make tasks that were in planning active, it makes all of the scopes in projects invisible in our time tracking in WFG. The work around is to make ALL scopes inactive and save. Wait for it to sync to WFG and then make them all active, save and wait for it to sync.  It seems each should sync independently of each other.

Hi @klandry ,

The Acumatica out-of-the-box solution doesn’t allow time recording on non-active project tasks. Though, the Project Accountant role does allow this regardless of the project/project task status.

The project task synchronization logic described seems to be the part of the integration customization that should be revisited by provider of the customization.

Thank you!

@kkeenan i would reach out to your partner or submit a ticket to acumatica/WFG because this seems a little buggy.  The sync should update whether one task is activated or all, it seems clunky if you have to wait for the sync to happen one by one
