Project Attribute Restriction by Role

Hi Experts,

I've requested to restrict edit access to only the custom role 'Project View Only'. For all other roles, the 'Value' column on the project screen should be set as not editable.
 


Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
